Step 1: Register an Account
Create a worker account to access job listings and apply for available positions. Registration is free, and no recruitment or placement fees are charged to workers.
Step 2: Complete Your Profile
Provide accurate information about your skills, work experience, and qualifications. A complete and truthful profile helps employers assess suitability for available roles.
Step 3: Search & Apply for Jobs
Browse verified job opportunities posted by approved employers. Apply directly through the platform for positions that match your experience and eligibility.
Step 4: Employer Review & Selection
Employers review applications and may contact shortlisted candidates for further discussion or documentation requests.
Step 5: Job Offer & Next Steps
If selected, the employer issues a formal job offer. Where required, the employer applies for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) before the worker applies for a work permit.
Step 6: Work Permit Application
Workers apply for a Canadian work permit through official government channels. All approvals are issued solely by Canadian authorities.
Step 7: Travel & Employment in Canada
Once approved, the worker may travel to Canada and begin employment according to the terms of the work permit and employment contract.
