Position Overview
Phillips Bridge Seafood ULC is seeking Fish Processing Plant Labourers to support daily seafood processing operations in a fast-paced production facility. Workers will assist with handling, sorting, transporting, cleaning, and packaging fish and shellfish products while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in wet, noisy, and cold environments.

Key Duties
- Transport fish and shellfish from vessels to processing areas
- Operate forklifts and handling equipment where required
- Weigh, record, and pack seafood products in ice
- Sort fish by species, size, and destination
- Clean machines, tools, and immediate work areas
Work Environment
- Noisy production facility
- Wet, damp, and cold conditions
- Strong seafood odors
- On-site physical work required
Physical Requirements
- Repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods
- Handling heavy loads
- Lifting up to or exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs)

Wages & Benefits
- $17 – $21 per hour
